Your role

Are you passionate about graphic design? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling? Do you enjoy turning ideas and content into clear, engaging visual materials?

We're looking for someone like you to:

* support the creation, editing and updating of visual assets such as PPT presentations, brochures, newsletters, factsheets and digital materials, in line with UBS brand guidelines
* prepare materials using approved templates and tools, ensuring consistency, quality and accuracy
* work closely with marketing managers, coordinators and project owners to support campaigns and communication initiatives
* apply and maintain corporate visual identity standards across all deliverables
* support day-to-day cooperation with internal and external partners (e.g. language services, publishers, production partners)

Your team

You'll be working in the Marketing Initiatives & Innovation team in Wroclaw.

We support business partners by delivering consistent, high-quality visual communication that strengthens brand positioning and brings campaigns to life.

As a junior graphic designer, you'll play an important role in supporting marketing initiatives, ensuring visual consistency, and enabling smooth execution of campaigns and communication materials across channels.

You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values learning, feedback and continuous improvement - and yes, we care about good design and good coffee :)

Your expertise

* demonstrated interest in developing visual assets, with a particular focus on PowerPoint presentations; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) will be an asset
* understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency
* willingness to learn how to manage design tasks independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders
* strong attention to detail and quality
* well-organized, solution-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines
* eagerness to learn, develop and grow in a professional marketing environment
* fluent in English; German language is an advantage
* first hands-on experience in graphic design (for example strong student portfolio) will be an asset
