As a Customer Service Intern with French, you'll gain hands-on experience with SAP, track orders, support our team, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll develop key problem-solving and communication skills while working on real projects that make an impact.

Your main tasks

* Processing orders in SAP and cooperation with the Back Office team
* Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and queries
* Tracking orders and delivery dates for customers
* Performing administrative tasks and providing support with reporting
* Taking part in internal projects on an ad-hoc basis
* Working closely with internal & external customers

Your ideal background

* Good analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems
* Ability to work with deadlines
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Good command in English (B2) & French is a plus
