Your work provides hands-on experience across the full recruitment life cycle, offering opportunities to develop professional relationships and strengthen your organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

You'll work in our Warsaw McKinsey office, as part of our dedicated recruitment team. Our team focuses on attracting, assessing and hiring top talent to meet the strategic hiring needs of our office

Candidate Requirements:

Ongoing university studies
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Creative thinking with strong organizational skills
Ability to perform well under pressure and handle ambiguity
Keen attention to detail with a high sense of urgency
Exceptional customer service and service orientation
Flexibility in working hours
Fluent level language skills in Polish and English, both written and verbal
