This Position reports to:Global Consumer Experience Architecture

We are looking for a motivated Testing & Automation Intern to join the Consumer Experience (CX) team within Global Business Services. In this role, you will support service validation, testing, and automation activities, helping ensure high-quality delivery of new and enhanced CX services.

Responsibilities
* Support the validation, testing, and documentation of new and updated CX services before release
* Assist in planning and executing testing activities in line with business and technical requirements
* Coordinate with stakeholders to support testing and service validation processes
* Perform testing and benchmarking of CX services and devices to ensure compliance with business standards
* Support the development and maintenance of automated testing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools
* Assist with test automation, analysis of test results, and identification of process improvement opportunities

Requirements
* Active student status, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Engineering, or a related field
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Interest in testing, automation, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* Willingness to learn new technologies and tools in a dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
