As an Intern in the IT Team, you will take first steps of your career under a supervision and with support of experienced IT Support Team. Working closely with our Technical Support team you will assist with diagnosing IT equipment and accessories, installing monitors on desks, preparing IT laptops/computers for disposal, updating documentation and databases, and other auxiliary tasks in our local IT support department.

Support for smartphones and Wireless devices from installation, setup, and problem resolution may also be things you work on during your internship.

Here's what you'll need

Qualifications

* Pursuing a Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Computer Science or another closely related major from an accredited program
* Availability of at least 20 hours per week
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English and Polish)
* Must have a some knowledge of Microsoft software and system operating loads
* Must have some knowledge about computer networks and typical hardware used in office environment
