IT Service Operations Intern

Job Description:

Join our global Team as an IT Services Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting a large-scale IT infrastructure at Dassault Systèmes in Cracow!
At our Cracow site, we deliver IT services to around 200 users and manage a virtualization infrastructure with over 600 virtual servers. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how complex systems operate in an international corporate setting.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week and 100% on-site presence at our Cracow office (ul. Kapelanka 42) are required.

Role Description & Responsibilities

During the internship, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Help with the setup, configuration and maintenance of the local IT environment according to corporate standards
* Assist in the deployment, replacement, and renewal of end-user devices and systems
* Help resolve support requests and contribute to updating technical documentation
* Assist in managing and implementing local IT infrastructure (LAN, Server&Storage, Audiovisual)
* Some of tasks can be physical (racking servers, wiring desks, supporting meetings), so you should have an interest in hands-on work as well

Qualifications

* Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server; Linux/macOS is a plus)
* Interest or knowledge in network infrastructure and IT processes
* Eagerness to learn how IT systems are managed in a global company
* Native-level fluency in Polish and proficiency in English
* Hands-on attitude and willingness to support both digital and physical IT tasks
