As a member of Laboratory Operations Team, for our Common Services and Infrastructure (COSI) unit you will be a part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and teamwork are encouraged.

We are looking for a Working Student to support our daily duties in Nokia Laboratories. In this job, you will be responsible for:
* new installations and troubleshooting of Linux Virtual Machines hosted on our VMware, KVM and OpenStack platforms
* installation and maintenance of physical servers and workstations

Candidate Requirements:

Must-Have:
* Status of student of Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
* Good English, both spoken and written
* Availability to work from the office
* Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Debian or CentOS or Ubuntu (installation, network, and storage configuration, LVM, Bash and/or Python scripting)
* Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, ARP, VLAN)

Nice-to-Have:
* VMware, KVM and OpenStack knowledge and troubleshooting skills
* HW knowledge f.e. HP/Quanta servers, HPE 3PAR storage array
* Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
