Your Tasks

We are part of the Global Tax Organisation supporting Beiersdorf's business across multiple jurisdictions within the EUNA & Luxury Tax Region. Our team is located in BSS Poznań and operates in an international, fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues and external advisors to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient tax processes, while supporting high-value and diverse markets.

What you'll do:
As an intern in our Tax Compliance Team, you'll support senior tax experts in a range of projects and day-to-day compliance activities, such as:
* Ensuring tax compliance across relevant processes and deadlines
* Supporting process improvements and standardization initiatives
* Collaborating with external tax partners and providing transactional data for tax returns
* Helping prepare and review tax returns
* Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely and accurate submissions
* Assisting with Transfer Pricing documentation and data gathering
* Supporting implementation of new legal requirements (e.g. SAF-T CIT reporting)
You'll gain hands-on experience in areas like CIT, VAT, WHT, Transfer Pricing, Pillar 2, and local tax regulations such as DAC6/MDR or Property Tax.

Your Profile

* You are studying finance, or accounting and taxes or a comparable field of study - you are striving to improve your acumen in field of taxes
* You can work min. 30-35h per week
* You work structured, carefully and have a high sense of ownership
* You are confident in handling MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
* Very good knowledge of English spoken and in written
