Your impact

This description outlines the general responsibilities of the role. It is not an exhaustive list, and the intern may be asked to perform additional tasks related to the position under the supervision of their manager.

You will support senior Product Owners, Program Managers, and Transformation Leads in delivering digital and AI initiatives. Through this role, you will gain practical experience in product operations, stakeholder communication, and organizational change activities.

Responsibilities

Product Owner Support

* Assist with backlog updates, task tracking, and prioritization
* Support communication between business and technical teams

IT & Operational Support

* Review and triage IT tickets under supervision
* Support quality checks and follow ups on issue resolution

Communication & Presentation Support

* Help prepare presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates
* Support internal communications related to change initiatives

Knowledge Base & Documentation

* Create and maintain documentation in tools such as Confluence
* Support knowledge sharing and process documentation

Agile & Delivery Support

* Assist in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily scrums, retrospectives)
* Support coordination activities across projects and programs

User & Stakeholder Feedback

* Help collect and organize user feedback
* Support analysis to identify improvement opportunities

Here's what you'll need

* Student or recent graduate in IT, Engineering, Business, Data, or related fields
* Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams
* Good command of English (written and spoken)
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus

Nice to Have

* Interest in AI, data, and digital transformation
* Experience with presentations, reporting, or documentation
* Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
