Job Description
You will learn :
* how to navigate in an international company,
* manage artwork development projects for various type of medicines' packaging,
* to work closely with internal and external stakeholders,
* to coordinate all the technical requirements for packaging artwork to ensure all deadlines are met,
* to manage your time and tasks and set priorities,
* key supply chain pillars and processes, e.g. S&OP, artwork changes, new product launches.

We are looking for candidates who:

* speak and write good English,
* are ready and eager to learn a lot and develop practical skills,
* are keen to work for purpose - to improve people's lives.

Nice to have:
* university degree in a field of logistics, supply chain or related areas.

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Job location: Warsaw or Stryków
Work mode: hybrid

Pay range (monthly salary): 4 806- 8050 zł/gross

Variable compensation:

- Annual performance-based bonus: 10% (entitlement depends on work status at the end of December each year);

-employee share program according to internal company policy;
