As a Quality Intern, you will support a broad range of activities within the Quality team. You will follow established processes and help ensure compliance with internal company procedures and external customer requirements. You will be involved in process of establishing a new QMS.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
* Supporting the quality team in building, maintaining, and improving the quality management system.
* Co-creating and updating quality documentation, including procedures, instructions, and forms.
* Participating in internal audits as organizational and documentation support.
* Assisting in implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
* Collaborating with other departments and ensuring documentation is organized and up-to-date.
* Actively developing knowledge of quality management systems.
Required Qualifications
* University degree in Quality Management or a related field, or current student of part-time studies in a related area.
* English language skills enabling confident written and verbal communication.
* Basic knowledge of Quality Systems.
* Good time management, accuracy, and attention to detail when working with documents.
* Confident communication skills via email, phone, and MS Teams, and willingness to cooperate with various stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics
* Availability for a 6-month internship.
* Willingness to learn and interest in quality systems.
* Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of assigned tasks and suggest improvements.
