R&I Packaging Trainee

About the job

* Support innovation and renovation packaging projects across Europe
* Contribute to packaging action plans and pipeline execution
* Coordinate requests with R&I Packaging teams
* Support technical, cost, and data analyses
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations

* Background in Packaging, Engineering, Materials or similar fields
* Tools: AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Rhino, Photoshop, Excel & PowerPoint
* Knowledge of packaging materials (PS, PET, PP, PLA, paper/cardboard) and technologies (ISBM, EBM, thermoforming, labelling, end-of-line)
* Basic data analysis and statistical skills
* Understanding of food packaging regulations and sustainability/recyclability
