Location: Poland, Wroclaw,

Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

As part of our team, you will:
* Cooperate and conduct negotiations with the external companies regarding Nokia HW disposals
* Actively looking for the HW that could be potentially reused, sold, or scrapped.
* Managing Import/export issues
* Coordinate Transport companies locally and across the world

Candidate Requirements:

You have:
* Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
* Open to work from Wroclaw (hybrid model)
* Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
* Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
* Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
* Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors
It would be nice if you also had:
* Knowledge of Incoterms
* Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies
