Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Support our Head Chef with the preparation and execution of daily meals.
* Assist with kitchen organization, food preparation, plating, and maintaining hygiene standards.
* Be capable of taking responsibility for the kitchen during the Head Chef's days off.
* Work closely with the restaurant team and support colleagues whenever needed.
* Show initiative, identify tasks proactively, and contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen.
* Help maintain a positive and efficient working environment, especially during the busy summer season.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in restaurant kitchens.
* Currently studying or recently completed training in Culinary Arts / Kitchen Production (preferred).
* Ability to work independently and confidently manage kitchen operations when required.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
* Team-oriented, responsible, and motivated to learn and grow professionally.
