► Providing technical support to sales/marketing personnel
► First-level evaluation of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial)
► Handling of old-core products belonging to Bosch eXchange program
► Translation of marketing materials and product manuals
► Administration of processes connected with technical trainings
► Ad-hoc on-site support for repairs, installations, and warranty checks
► Providing support for different sales team activities
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
► Recent graduate or last year student of Technical Faculty or similar
► Strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability
► Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel
► Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
► Category B driving license with clean record
