Job Description:
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
* Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Assist with regular job postings and initial CV reviews to support the recruitment team
* Provide support for various HR and administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
* Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
* Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
* Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
* Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
* Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer)
