Job Description:
* Assist in coordinating the rollout of HR initiatives across different business teams and regions
* Support collaboration between Business Teams and Centre of Excellence (COE) functions to align HR programs with business needs
* Contribute to HR projects in areas such as recruitment, talent management, learning & development, compensation & rewards, employee relations, recognition, and strategic development
* Help with project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and preparing reports for stakeholders
* Conduct research and benchmarking to provide insights for HR projects and decision-making
* Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of HR initiatives and suggest areas for improvement
* Support ad-hoc HR-related tasks and duties as assigned by the manager

As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will support the People Team in driving impactful HR initiatives and projects across the region.
