Part-time Intern, Individual Life Pricing (February 2026 to May 2026)

About the Team
Ind Life & Health Pricing team drives pricing function in the core product development function, playing a pivotal role in achieving business goals. We work collaboratively across departments to price, design and implement customer-centric products, enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Focus of the Internship
This internship is designed to support the Ind Life Pricing team in system implementation deliverables and pricing of new products. The intern will work on streamlining post sales deliverables and possibly gain exposure to core pricing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pricing: Assist in peer review for individual life pricing as well as ad-hoc pricing projects
* Operation Support: Support pricing colleagues with special quotation and post-sale quotation requests and customer inquiries, as well as ad-hoc pricing projects.
* Enhance Pricing Process: Assist in streamlining pricing and SQS Excel model for Life products.
* Embracing Collaboration and Attention to Detail: Facilitate generation of test cases for regression testing, review regression testing results for SQS system and UAT results for AS400 system and other systems, support day 2 system enhancements which involves reviewing BRD, providing pricing formulas and verifying results while collaborating with involved stakeholders.

Key Learnings:
* Gaining Exposure to Actuarial Modelling: Familiarize yourself with industry-standard actuarial modelling tools and software including MS Excel, DCS etc.
* Developing Actuarial Technical Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of actuarial principles and refine your problem-solving skills.
* Managing Stakeholders and Communication: Enhance your communication skills as you collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Education & Experience Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in relevant field such as Actuarial Science and Business Finance.
* Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL is advantageous
