Job Description:
* Analyse current operational workflows to identify repetitive, high-volume manual tasks
* Design and develop end-to-end automation workflows using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Inhouse AI solutions), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or scripting (Python/VBA)
* Draft documentation and user guides for the newly automated processes
* Another ad hoc support as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical/quantitative field
* Basic to intermediate knowledge in program and scripting e.g. Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, or Excel VBA
* Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical business stakeholders
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, set realistic milestones, and meet deadlines
