Job Description:
* Bridge between local teams and regional Product Managers to assess all aspects of Video & Live Streaming product feature requirements from both business and product perspectives
* Ensure the communication of new feature development & localisation to local teams (Proposals, UAT, A/B Test, Rollout to local teams, troubleshooting)
* Manage requests from internal stakeholders, support the end-to-end product operations from project planning, execution, to reporting and measuring of performance
* Ensure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines with good quality.
* Explore video and live streaming content trends by conducting regular research and analysis on market trends, trending topics, trending effects, etc
* Drive the enhancement of the overall feature performance and user experience to achieve higher impact with developers and product managers
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business/Management/Product Management/Media or a related field is preferred
* Have a strong interest in short videos and live streaming, knowledge in content
* Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
* Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Understanding and/or hands-on experience in product management or operations is preferred
* Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 2-3 working days a week for 3-6 months are preferred
