Job Description:

What the role is

The trainee will support the development and deployment of data analytics solutions for supply chain optimization. The role involves working with large datasets, applying data engineering and analytics techniques, and contributing to AI/ML-based decision support systems.

What will you be working on

The trainee will be tasked to perform a few of the following tasks:

* Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured supply chain data.
* Develop data pipelines and dashboards for real-time insights.
* Assist in building predictive models to support demand, supply, and procurement planning.
* Work with senior engineers and domain experts to validate data-driven solutions.

What we are looking for

Job Requirements

* Fresh graduates with a degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data engineering frameworks.
* Prior internship or project experience in data analytics is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Competencies to be developed

* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
* Knowledge of supply chain analytics and decision support frameworks.
* Skills in big data handling, ETL processes, and cloud-based platforms.
