Visual Merchandising Intern [23 February 2026 - 31 August 2026]

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Intern to assist the VM Team in Singapore to manage various VM functions across Singapore and Malaysia. Interested candidate must be able to commit from 23 February 2026 to 31 August 2026.

As a Visual Merchandising Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the visual merchandising team by ensuring smooth operations across multiple stores. You will assist in managing visual merchandising tools and window props, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery, as well as supporting day-to-day in-store visual merchandising tasks. Your job responsibility will include the following but not limited to:

Order Management:
* Follow up with HQ and stakeholders on VM tools and window props orders for both new and existing stores.
* Coordinate with stores and external stakeholders to confirm receipt of VM tools/window props orders, ensuring quantities and condition are accurate.

Inventory Management:
* Maintain inventory levels by adding, updating, and deleting items as necessary (e.g., damaged VM tools/props).
* Coordinate with stores and logistics teams for proper disposal of damaged items.

Reporting & Coordination:
* Generate and maintain visual reports in Vuem (WW shared drive) for team reference and tracking.
* Coordinate timelines with external stakeholders to ensure timely window installations and dismantling.

In-Store Visual Merchandising Support:
* Assist in dressing mannequins and steaming clothes.
* Perform minor updates to displays, including folding tees and maintaining store visuals to align with company standards.

Ad Hoc Support:
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Visual Merchandising Manager.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in administrative support is highly preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with various teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexible and adaptable to work on an ad-hoc schedule based on business needs, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays.
