As a People Operations Intern, we are looking for a detail-oriented, curious intern to join our team for a 10-week internship experience with the SentinelOne crew! You will be deeply embedded in our day-to-day people operations, helping us keep the engine running and the employee experience seamless. You will also be involved in various HR projects.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include: 
* Help maintain our HRIS to ensure our people data is accurate and actionable.
* Participate & support the team on various HR projects.
* Assist in organizing internal events and culture-building initiatives.
* Assist the Talent Acquisition team with coordinating & arranging interviews

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have: 
* Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
* You are detail oriented. You notice the small things that others miss-especially when it comes to data and documentation.
* You understand that HR handles sensitive information - you are discreet and can handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of profesisonalism. 
* You are curious and enjoy communicating with people; you look for ways to be helpful.
