Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist to review existing guest touch-points and identify opportunities to digitalise them via ASR app, self-service kiosks or new digital platforms or RPA and A.I.
* Assist to review existing operations/ back-of-house/ staff touch-points and identify opportunities to optimise them through digitalisation or RPA or A.I.
* Assist to source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitalisation or RPA or A.I.
* Assist in project management and rollout of solutions

Job Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Analyst, Business, Business Management, Hospitality, IT, Info Systems or equivalent
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Individual who is analytical, detailed and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Team player who is also a self-starter.
* Work/academic experience in the following areas will be an advantage: Project management roles, Hospitality, Mobile app development, RPA development, Business, A.I.
