Job Description
Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on projects
* Provide analytical support to the team in working out and reviewing financial models
* Draft, prepare and consolidate information relevant for written reports, presentations to the relevant management levels for approval
* Assist with management updates and investment/projects reporting matters
* Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Possess knowledge of investment and financial risk and corporate finance concepts
* Proactive, willing to learn and take ownership of work
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
