Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist with the preparation of meeting notes during tenant engagement sessions

* Support with leasing-related administrative matters including liaising with tenants to submit Public Liability Insurance, Audited Sales Report/Annual Statutory Declarations, etc.

* Analyse tenants' sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required

* Collaborate with other internal departments such as Marketing and Operations to address and resolve issues

* Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

* Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented and meticulous

* Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
