Spring 2026 Growth Strategy Intern - Shopee International Platform, Cross Border Ecommerce

Job Description:

* Perform data analysis on cross-border lane performance to identify trends and insights
* Support the team in various marketing initiatives and optimise performance based on data-driven decisions
* Conduct category and marketing solutions studies to determine future growth strategies
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for marketing campaigns
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Develop new innovative Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and workflows to improve work efficiency

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field
* Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to data and an ability to translate data into insights
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders
* Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
* Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate
* Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge in SQL
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months), with part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week also welcome to apply
