Job Description:
* CRM: Support campaigns to reduce customer churn rate - scope includes execution, data management and analysis, as well as updating of weekly reports and dashboards
* New user growth: to encourage new buyer acquisition
* Online marketing - to strengthen Shopee's overall SOV and drive orders to the platform
* Buyer reactivation and retention - to support user journey and drive purchases via lifecycle segmentation
* Shopee Rewards program - to drive user engagement to that platform via a suite of vouchers for users to claim
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently studying in a university, preferably in a business administration/management or quantitative-related major
* Comfortable with quantitative analysis and deriving insights from data
* Meticulous and experienced in using backend systems
* Strong team player, meticulous, and able to manage projects within timelines
* Proficient in Google and Microsite Office suites
* Part-time interns available for at least 3 days a week are welcome to apply
