Summer Internship: Loan Capital Markets, Originations [May - Jul 2026]

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

* Help with credit analysis for companies and event-driven structures.

* Update of base marketing/pitch material, including a standardized Asia pitchbook, and country-specific marketing pages for Indonesia, India, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and other SEA markets.

* Creation of other marketing materials as necessary.

* Assist with other syndication origination business where required.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Basic credit analysis from various angles including deal structure, financial analysis and assessment of industry trends, country risk.
2. Datamining for relevant information using Bloomberg, Loanconnector, internal reports, and public information sources.
3. Understanding basic (ie. Asia Pacific Loan Market Association standard) loan term sheet and its heads of terms.
4. Understanding the flow of a syndicated loan transaction, and drivers for a successful deal.

Job Requirements:

1.Pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accountancy, Finance or Business

2.Strong credit and analytical skills

3.Good communication and teamwork skills
