Job Description

Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and contribute to the leasing plan for assigned retail mall
* Assist the team in the general marketing of units
* Conduct market research on the retail mall sector
* Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Meticulous and detail-oriented
* Basic knowledge of market research methodologies
* Ability to multi-task
* Creative problem-solving skills
