Job Description:

[What the role is]The intern supports the development and execution of communication strategies that keep PA staff informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.

[What you will be working on]
* Communications Support: Assist in drafting internal communications materials, including staff announcements, newsletters, FAQs, and presentation decks that translate C2030 transformation updates into clear and engaging messages for PA staff.
* Communications Planning: Support the development of a communications plan for assigned transformation initiatives, including mapping out key messages, target audiences, communication channels, and timelines.
* Content Development: Research and develop supporting content such as visual explainers, talking points, and briefing materials to help staff understand and engage with ongoing transformation efforts.

[What we are looking for]
* Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Psychology, Public Policy, or a related field.
* Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and well-structured documents.
* Proficient in AI Tools applications, particularly Canva, Capcut,or related tool.
* Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
* A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with different teams
