Intern at Accounts Payable Team

Job Description:

Job Overview
Provide technical and general accounting services in accordance with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley rules and financial reporting requirements of the business unit (e.g. local GAAP).

Essential Functions
* Processing and Validation of Third Party invoices in Coupa and SAP
* Execution of operations on Accounts Payable
* Support of AP Monthly Closings
* Perform Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
* High School Graduate, Student of University
* Finance, Accounting experience welcome
* Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP System welcome
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

One year working contract with the possibility to extend, 20 hrs/week. Possibility to work remotely from any location within Slovakia.
