Store Project Intern

Job Description:

This position offers an opportunity to develop practical experience in luxury retail store projects while supporting the Head of Store Project in managing boutique development, renovations, and maintenance projects.
The role provides hands-on exposure to project coordination, vendor management, and administrative operations throughout all phases of store project execution, contributing to the successful delivery of Dior's retail environments while building a strong foundation for a future career in retail project management.
QUALIFICATION Education University graduate or current student in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience Strong interest in Store Projects, Retail Design, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management. Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Retail Operations, Store Project coordination, or relevant roles in luxury/retail environment. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Good communication skills in both Korean and English (written and spoken). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CAD or design software is a plus.
