Job Description:

What's the internship?
As People & Culture intern you'll be helping the team in any query they might have and support the department in all the areas.

You'll be supervised by the People & Culture Director.

Your day-to-day
- Assist new team members with the documents required.
- Assist the new team members with their orientation day.
- Create and post job positions in different job portals.
- Assist job fairs and school workshops.
- Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.

What we need from you
* Currently studying a bachelor's degree in HR, tourism or related field.
* Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for 6 months preferably.
* Must be fluent in English.
* Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for people and hospitality.
