EHS Trainee

Job Description:

Support the implementation and maintenance of PepsiCo's Environmental, Health & Safety Management System (GEHSMS). Assist in environmental and safety audits, inspections, and compliance activities. Monitor and analyze key environmental indicators, including water and energy consumption. Support the operation and performance monitoring of the Wastewater Treatment (WWT) Plant. Participate in tracking legal EHS requirements and maintaining related documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, KPI dashboards, and presentations related to EHS performance. Contribute to employee awareness and training activities on EHS topics

Candidate Requirements:

Final-year student or recent graduate in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Strong interest in Environmental, Health & Safety and sustainability. Good analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Fluent Spanish and intermediate/advanced English. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
