Merchandising Advisor (Contrato de Prácticas)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Merchandising Advisor to join the Product and Visual Merchandising team for 1 year (6 + 6 months) "contrato de prácticas" at our Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey) and reporting to the Product and Visual Merchandising Team.
The Merchandising Advisor provides various support to Regional/Country Product and VM, contributing to the efficiency and optimal day to day operations of the Merchandising related activities. This is accomplished through the timely management of the operational duties, maintaining the relationship between stores, supporting the overall VM activities for product animations and/or launches at store level as well in regional events. Compilation of lookbooks and modelarios and communication with supply chain to push special requests from stores. Re-stocking orders and deliveries, information collection and reporting of VM activities, control and follow up of props competitor analysis reports.
Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agility to adapt to changes. Service oriented, with strong communication skills to easily connect with others. Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment. Keen interest about fashion trends MS Office proficiency (Power Point & Excel). Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory (French is a plus). Proficiency in computer systems, reporting and programs. Data analysis (Excel) and good written communication (PPT, reports). REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in in any related field. It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a "contrato de prácticas" based on Spanish labor law (Must have obtained a bachelor or master's degree in the past 3 years) Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
