Javier Guijarro Torrell, commonly known as Javier Guijarro, is a young Catalan fashion designer who is part of the new Barcelona and Spanish scene thanks to his eponymous brand. the designer, who proposes an updated reinterpretation of classic men's codes closer to these times, burst onto the scene a few years ago during his formative years in Barcelona.

During the first two years of life, the brand's vision has resonated widely, leading the designer to work with some of his favourite creatives and artists. This Barcelona-based designer has managed to establish a solid brand identity that combines traditional menswear essentials and fabrics with new silhouettes and attitudes more aligned with today's generations, the designer's own life experiences, surroundings, landscapes, streets, culture, heritage, friends and family. Elements that directly influence the way we relate to clothes on a daily basis and therefore, the way they are designed at Javier Guijarro.

After our last show during Paris Fashion Week, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to support our design and production processes post collection. You will assist with pattern making, sizing and grading, bespoke garment creation for final clients, and contribute to collection development. Starting ASAP. 3 months minimum.

Perfil

* Preferably a recent graduate or in the final years of studies with university agreement
* Previous experience in internships is appreciated but not necessary
* Strong skills in pattern making, grading, and made-to-measure garments
* Passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
* Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a small team
* Based in Barcelona or nearby, or willing to relocate
* Nice vibes :)
