Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one, you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.Investment Banking M&A OFF CYCLE INTERNSHIP - Bestinver Securities (Investment Banking division of Bestinver) is seeking to find an off cycle internship in the Corporate Finance department, starting in September 2026 for a 6-month duration (until February 2027).

Job Description
Will be part of Bestinver's Corporate Finance team, taking part in the workflow of M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Advisory.
Supporting the team's daily work in activities such as search and analysis of financial and business information, preparing presentations, memorandums, financial modelling, etc.
Participate in execution teams of specific transactions originated by the Corporate Finance M&A department.

Required Skills and Competencies
Requirements
* Last year Bachelor student in Finance, Business Administration, Economic Philosophy, or Engineering.
* Will be valued previous internship experience in investment banking activities (corporate finance, M&A, project finance, leveraged finance), investment teams within private equity, Big-Four or corporate development/M&A department in a corporation.
* Necessary to be able to sign an internship agreement with the university.
* Full time position.

Skills/Experience
* Sound analytical skills on the back of a solid financial, accounting and economic background.
* High level of motivation, stamina and commitment with the success of the team and the achievement of goals.
* Languages: bilingual in English (C1) and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
* Knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
