Acerca de la posición

Dentro de Haleon el candidato seleccionado desempeñará sus prácticas en el Departamento de Commercial Effectiveness. Este departamento es el responsable de dar soporte analítico y proveer con herramientas que mejoren la efectividad de los canales de Farmacia y Mass Market que vende sus productos a farmacias directas, mayoristas y grandes cadenas de retail como Mercadona, Carrefour, El Corte Inglés…

Aquellos solicitantes especializados en ventas, ADE o economía que busquen crecer y formarse en un entorno internacional encontrarán en estas prácticas una oportunidad única e irrepetible.

En esta posición desempeñarás tus prácticas en el área de Trade Spend Management, encargándote de la correcta gestión de los presupuestos de ventas y promociones de los clientes del canal Mass Market.

Principales Responsabilidades

* Análisis de promociones, condiciones y contratos de Haleon con sus clientes siendo la interlocución con el equipo de ventas y de Key Account Managers una parte fundamental del trabajo diario.

* Análisis de precios y de las condiciones parametrizadas para garantizar la correcta gestión de los pedidos.

* Análisis y trabajo diario con distintas plataformas ofimáticas, tales como SAP, Excel o Powerpoint.

* Análisis de distintos KPI's tales como Net sales, GTN vs año pasado y vs target.

* Análisis de cargos de clientes, calcular y estimar si los cargos emitidos son correctos.

* Análisis de estructuras del sistema y posibilidades de mejoras en la eficiencia de la gestión de los sistemas.

* Interacción con múltiples departamentos los que otorga a una visión global del negocio.

* Gestión de reportes, diarios, semanales y mensuales para toda la compañía.

Estudios y habilidades requeridas

* Graduado en ADE, Económicas o Carreras empresariales.

* Nivel de inglés Alto (B2/C1)

* Nivel intermedio de Excel
