Management Consulting Intern (student-worker)

Job Description:

Mercer is seeking a Management Consulting Intern (student-worker) to join their Nordic Executive Remuneration team in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a unique opportunity to balance your studies with a rewarding role in the consulting industry, approximately 1-3 days per week.

Our insights are trusted at the highest levels of corporate decision-making, including Boards of Directors and senior executives.

This part-time position may offer the opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate after completion of the studies.

The role: Management Consulting Student worker

We will count on you to:
* Assist the team in developing customer presentations and proposals.
* Support in various projects at an analytical level.
* Collaborate closely with consultants to learn and gain hands-on experience in consulting projects.

What you need to have:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (master's is a plus) in economics, business studies, statistics, or a related field (ideally final or penultimate year).
* Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Swedish/Nordic language is meritorious.
* A detailed approach to tasks, with the ability to think critically, and learn new processes and systems quickly.

* Local residency in Stockholm, with flexibility to work at least 8 hours over 1-3 days per week.
