* The role is located in Solna, Sweden, but the projects included in the internship will cover the North Europe region, which includes Nordics, Baltics, UK & Ireland
The internship:
You will be a part of our Procurement team who manage suppliers in Topline (Marketing) and Professional Services (Travel, IT, Legal Services, HR). The team's role is to source the best and most cost effective suppliers, ensure they give Danone the best service, and they comply with Danone's policies and procedures. We are stepping up our capability, and you will play an important role, drive your own projects & develop tools and systems to get us "future-fit":
* Work with the Procurement team and business partners to build an effective supplier performance measurement model, creating a measurement framework and tools
* Launch the new tools and process to the team, and run them for the first time with key suppliers for our End of Year reviews
* Ensure all our Nordics & Baltics contracts are hosted in our new Contract Management system, creating analysis of key contract features and risks to influence our team's priorities
Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and you need to be a student in the relevant field (and location) with an internship included in your program!
Have an internship included in your program during the required period of fall semester 2026 for at least 10 weeks
• Ideally you also have some experience of working with or for corporate businesses, and some exposure to working with suppliers and understanding terminology such as KPI's, bonus, penalties, liability
• You are located in or near Stockholm are and are able to work 3 days/week at the office in Solna
• Strong organizational and time management skills & fluency in English is a must
