Location: Biotech Development Center, Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland

As part of the Global Drug Substance Development department, you will join a team of motivated scientists creating and implementing solutions to support the development and manufacturing of next-generation biological therapeutics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic research environment. You will be encouraged to work independently and present your findings during team meetings.You will develop practical and theoretical expertise in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) process development by performing bench-scale conjugations (including site-specific and stochastic approaches) and optimizing downstream purification workflows (e.g., resins and/or membrane chromatography and TFF). You will document protocols and results, produce technical reports, and present findings with recommendations for scale-up or tech transfer, thereby gaining the skills needed to contribute to ADC development projects.

Your role:

* Understand the mechanisms of ADC conjugation
* Explore relevant regulatory requirements
* Benchmark against existing solutions and scientific literature
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments
* Conduct hands-on experiments and analyze data
* Prepare detailed reports with findings and future recommendations

Your profil:
* Master's or engineering student in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
* Strong curiosity
* Eagerness to learn
* Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
* Highly motivated with a collaborative team spirit
* Proficient in English (oral and written); knowledge of French is a plus
