Job Description:

Aufgaben

1. Variance Analysis: Comparing actual financial results against budgeted or forecasted figures and identifying the root causes of discrepancies
2. Data Cleaning & Management: Extracting, organizing, and consolidating large financial datasets from ERP systems like SAP into Excel
3. Automation Projects: Using advanced Excel formulas, VBA macros, or AI/automation tools to streamline manual, repetitive reporting tasks
4. Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis and planning support

Qualifikationen

1. College or graduate school student
2. Fluent in English and Chinese. Both written and oral communication
3. Good computer/MS Office skill. Familiar with AI tools and VBA is a plus
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Responsible, proactive, and team spirit

It's a six-month internship program, attending 3 days a week is the minimum requirement. Please also state the available starting date.

Valid work permit in Taiwan is mandatory
