The Role: Commercial Operations Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Operations Intern to support the team in data analysis, reporting, and daily operational activities. This role provides hands-on experience in commercial operations, including order management, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

The intern will contribute to improving business efficiency by leveraging data insights and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.

What will you do?

1. Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, clean, and analyze commercial and operational data from internal systems
* Identify trends, gaps, and insights to support business decision-making
* Prepare regular reports and dashboards (e.g., sales performance, pipeline, order status)
* Support ad-hoc analysis requests from commercial and management teams
* Assist in building data models, tracking KPIs, and improving reporting automation
2. Order Management & Follow-up
* Follow up on pending orders, delivery delays, and backlog issues
* Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and customer service teams on order progress
3. Daily Operations Support
* Assist with daily operational tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
* Prepare materials for business reviews, meetings, and presentations
* Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
* Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas required)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Basic understanding of supply chain or order management processes
