Job Description:

Aufgaben

* Monitor the dealer workshop warranty KPI and plan audit based on analysis results, define action plan for improvement
* Support dealer workshop for the necessary assistant to use the correct Repair package.
* Conduct the removed warranty & goodwill & service measure parts inspection, initiate investigation and provide result to technical support team as a base for quality improvement. Arrange and handle the warranty parts disposal.
* Consultant and decision making for dealer workshop warranty and goodwill inquiry.
* Support for the necessary warranty training course.

Qualifikationen

It's a six-month internship program, attending 3 days a week is the minimum requirement, please also state the available starting date in your resume.
Valid work permit is Taiwan is mandatory.

1. College or graduate school student.
2. Fluent English and Chinese in both writing and oral communication.
3. Well-versed in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, Pivot), Microsoft PowerPoint.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Responsible, proactive, a quick learner and good team spirit.
6. The role involves inspecting parts at the vehicle service center and requires comfort with hands-on work
