Internship Warranty and claims Support Cummins Tuzla

The site combines technical expertise with global standards, providing engine service, parts support, and warranty management for a wide range of diesel and power solutions.

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Claims & Warranty department for a 12-month internship (2 x 6 months). This role offers hands-on experience in warranty processes, technical claim analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.

* Support OEM claim submission processes
* Control and review claim service work orders
* Prepare and enter credit notes in the Movex system
* Check and manage returned claim parts

Candidate Requirements:

Requirements:
* New graduate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, candidates in their last year, graduating in 2026 will be considered.
* Good command of English and MS Office programs
* Strong communication skills
* Strong interest in technical products and aftersales processes
* Analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn
* Proactive, structured, and team-oriented
* For practical reasons, only candidates on the Anatolian side of Istanbul will be considered, during the beginning training period it will be full time on site in Tuzla
