First Gen Summer Intern - Production (Adana Plant)

Job Description:

Collaborate with the production team to ensure the right product is delivered in the right quantity at the right time Take an active role in maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and utilities Conduct workshops and prepare reports including breakdown analysis, root cause identification, and time loss tracking to improve production efficiency and productivity; plan and execute preventive actions based on these findings Identify production performance issues and work in coordination with the production and other relevant teams to determine root causes Implement safety precautions within the area of responsibility and comply with all safety rules and regulations Coordinate with other departments to maintain and uphold operational standards Act in accordance with the code of conduct and business ethics

Candidate Requirements:

3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Fluent in both English and Turkish Available to work full-time in Adana Plant between July 1 - August 31 Proficient in MS Office programs Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
