In this role you will...
* Help to define, develop and plan coherently with the Brand strategy a specific plan.
* Support the Expert Marketing Lead with competitive landscape and portfolio's performance analysis on both core business and innovation.
* Outlook on HCP dynamics and trends with qualitative analysis to inject new insights to the strategy.
* Support the Marketin Lead in creating new toolkits (including Key visuals, communication pack in cooperation with other departments) and new communication assets.
* Prepare Expert presentations based on the project, help distribute marketing materials and attend to regular meeting with the field force to discuss about materials.
* Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (HHP webinars, social media, direct mail and 3rd party channels, congress & events)
* Support the delivery of congress, stand-alone HCP/HCO meetings, product launches for HCP/HCOs
* Post launch assessments, focusing on learnings and eventually on so what to suggest viable actions/improvements.
* Project management, managing her/his own tasks with responsibility on accuracy and timing.
* Ensure coordination and information sharing with global functions.
* Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, being part of the team with a specific and recognized role.
* Contribute to the achievement of expected team results effectively managing the assigned projects.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Being a 3rd year student (Management, Economics, Engineering, Dentist)
* Aspiration to explore global company culture and oral health industry
* Able to work min. 3 days per week
* Excellent written and spoken English
* High proficiency in MS Office programs (especially, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong communication skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a cross functional team environment
* Highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset
