Position

Internship in GTM & Commercial Operations function will work with CRM and Digital Engagement teams to support them in the related ``Digital Engagement Projects``. The location of the position is in Istanbul.

Responsibilities
Data Reporting:
- Generate on-demand and regular data reports to provide insights into digital engagement metrics.

Digital Transformation:
- Support internal digital transformation projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital processes and enhance efficiency.

Platform Excellence:
- Support the execution and maintenance of digital engagement platforms and contents
- Ensure content tagging best practices to enhance searchability and user experience.
-Contribute to planning and tracking of content calendar and project management pipeline.

Internal Information Sources:
- Regularly update and maintain internal information sources such as SharePoint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to all team members.,

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute generating actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, and basic knowledge about digital marketing.
- Proactive mindset and a willingness to contribute to digital transformation efforts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English
