Job Description:

* Data & Segmentation Management - Collecting and structuring data for Bosch Car Service segmentation and conducting annual benchmark analyses.
* Financial & Contract Support - Managing support fees communication, invoicing guidance, EV/H and Bosch Car Service contract preparation, signing support, tracking, and authorization certificates.
* Process Design & Strategy Tracking - Creating process maps, designing task management processes, coordinating strategy meetings, and tracking outcomes and actions.
* Digitalization & Reporting - Maintaining Power BI dashboards, correcting issues, tracking processes and contracts in Excel, and supporting Google My Business requests.
* Communication & Coordination - Managing mass communications, documenting emails, recording meeting minutes, supporting audit result communication, and liaising with dealers, workshops, and field teams

Qualifications:

* Currently university student in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with confidence in working with data, Excel, and structured documentation
* Basic experience with digital tools and reporting, such as Excel and Power BI (or strong willingness to learn)
* Good communication skills in English (and local language if required), with the ability to support coordination with multiple stakeholders
* Independent and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
